This is pretty nice! Mysterious and dream like. Makes me wonder if I want to go and see what lies beyond or do I not want to go because of what lies beyond!

:-D I love your comment Mike- made me laugh! I usually aim for the mysterious, more than just pretty... so I think you nailed it! :-)

Same here Linda! I try telling them hiking & mountain climbing doesn't have as much to do w/ being physically fit as it does mentally determined.. (or else I'd be in trouble!) Looking forward to getting out soon & losing the Covid lbs (gotta blame something.. lol) :-D

yes! I wish we were much closer! I would love to do a girl hike! I don't have any girl friends that's interested..lol

I like the relaxing mood you captured! I have that feeling when I'm in the forest with twinkling orbs! Well done!
Danielle R T Haney replied:
I think we're kindred spirits when it comes to nature Linda! I wish we lived a bit closer- we could do day hikes together~ there's definitely something so peaceful & magical about the forest. Thanks for visiting! :-)

Danielle R T Haney replied:
Thanks for your great visit Aurelio! This was taken on a hike this past fall up Balsam Lake Mountain (Catskills). Great memories of a beautiful place~
Catalina Walker
So beautiful with a fabulous mood, Danielle! l/f
Danielle R T Haney replied:
Thank You Catalina~ :-) I first titled it 'Meet Me in the Woods'.. then searched to see if that was used for anything.. & found it's a song by Lord Huron. So I dropped the 'Woods'... & now see this is a song by Sister Hazel. :-P It's getting increasingly difficult to create art & titles that haven't been done before. But if there was "Nothing New Under the Sun" in Solomon's time, I suppose it's far more true now. :-/
