Strength does often come from aged memories from our youth. Like this very much, Danielle! LF

Coming back to this strong image....again in the spotlight it should be ! 🤗🌟

Cheers, Danielle..this really evokes amazing memories for me, and as to sisters, our 2nd grand daughter's comment takes the cake: "Oh, but that's for "Isabel", she gets everything"...in re her sister,........lollllllllllllll, xxVIVA................ Truly a haunting image full of stories....perfect book cover !!
Danielle R T Haney replied:
:-D It can be a full time job trying to 'keep it all fair' for the kids/grandkids... & even when we do, they can still feel slighted/left out.... all part of growing I guess... Thanks a million for your great comments VIVA!! I love the book cover idea!!

Ohh my...I got chills looking at this! It says it all about childhood......even the lonely times...........Love it..........fv..........VIVA
Danielle R T Haney replied:
Thanks VIVA! You're so right.... my stepdad built this (I think more for my little sis), but I got lots of swinging out of it too. Swings see so many of our emotions, from sheer joy to utter despair... & continue to hold strong for us... like good friends! :-) Thanks for your wonderful support, always VIVA. : )

There is something about a simple swing that just begs one to sit down, grab hold, and fly, Danielle. As a boy we would go as high as we could and then "bail out" and tumble to the grass. We gave our Mom some grey hairs me thinks!........FAV / LIKE
Danielle R T Haney replied:
Exactly Jerry! I did that too! : ) (Bailing out & giving Mama grey hairs.) Your visits always make me smile and so thankful for my FAA Friends. Thank You So Much~ Really Appreciated.

Oh dear Danielle I just now found your reply to my comment on this....I am so sorry for the loss of your brother Cal. I am sure this piece is even more meaningful to you now. May the strength of yesterday carry you through all your tomorrows. Sending you hugs of peace and comfort.
Danielle R T Haney replied:
Thank You Linda.. been hard. I LOVE what You wrote- without God, great memories, & that strength collected from the past, there's no way I could go on. I Appreciate Your Sweet Words~ warming my heart. Hugs back to You Special Lady!

Love this composition Danielle.....great vintage color tone. It truly speaks it's title.
Danielle R T Haney replied:
Thank You Linda. :O) My big brother Cal resided at the home where this swing is... he passed away a month after I uploaded this~ I couldn't have foreseen the significance this piece would have for me back then. : ( Thanks for visiting! : )
