Saw your reply on feed - you are most welcome! I whole-heartedly agree that my greatest satisfaction since joining FAA in January is not the handful of sales I have made (though I hope for many more, of course) but the encouragement has been support from other artists! This whole endeavor is very new for me so the level of acceptance I have gotten from various people (including Jerry, who I agree is such a wonderful encourager/artist) takes the cake!

Wow, Danielle! Jerry B here in Tucson told me about your amazing pet portraits. He wasn't kidding. You have very impressive skills accross the board. I love the life and detail you gave this very attentive and regal dog! It reminds me of a yellow lab that was around when I was a small child. You drew his likeness perfectly. Amazing color pencil work.

What a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful rendering of this precious Yellow Lab. They are a "one of a kind" dog breed, gaining worldwide recognition for their acting abilities and real life heroism. They are so intelligent and have such a love of humans. This drawing you rendered of Scarlet is larger than life and you have captured all those things. You have captured the heart of her. Her alert attention and expression is as if to say, "My owners are home, oh boy!" The dogs hair is so real and soft looking, the eyes warm, the nose wet and starting to twitch. I just can't say enough about this artwork. The owners must have been ecstatic about this! LV/FV Janet
